Description:

Join Middle Gila, Tucson and Phoenix broads and volunteer for the Wild At Heart's 2018 Burrowing Owl work projects.

Wild At Heart constructs artificial burrows for the owls rescued from development.  They then construct see thru mesh tents over these burrows and at the end of the construction events, the owls will be released in them for approximately six weeks.  If they are confined for a period of time they are less likely to leave in search of their old home.

If you wish to participate any of the dates bellow, please e-mail Steve Thomas directly at stevepthomas@cox.net
