Description:
Please join us for a fun and rewarding day of embracing nature through stewardship and education at our upcoming stewardship project Nov 4,5, and 6 on the Discovery Trail on the Chehalis River.   We will be pulling invasive blackberry plants and planting 350 native trees to mitigate the impacts of climate change along a riparian area.     Small group hikes will be led by local experts on water quality, invasive plants, and impacts of climate change on native species.    Local tribal members will  join us for cultural and historical issues of the Chehalis.  We will be practicing social distancing, and hand sanitizers, hand washing stations, face masks, snacks and water will be provided.  Register at:  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdJ21nYmpx0ZF2CFgYiDoVqXLfKN5YvTMZ4VZLfXCtRrqJHcQ/viewform
