Join our awesome partners at Holiday River Expeditions for a very special fundraiser experience: a 4-day stargazing and rafting trip through Ruby Horsethief and Westwater canyons.
Holiday is generously donating a portion of the trip cost to Great Old Broads. Enjoy an amazing river excursion and help support our work for the wild!
You’ll spend two days floating idyllically through the calm waters of Ruby Horsethief Canyon, and another two days running the rip-roaring rapids of Westwater Canyon. A professional star guide from Moab Astronomy Tours will lead activities each evening as you experience the magic of truly dark skies! Reflect on your place in the universe as you spend the nights looking for stars, listening to ancient constellation stories, or viewing the Milky Way through a telescope.
There will also be ample time for SUPing, paddling inflatable kayaks, and exploring side canyons. Or, you can relax on sandy beach camps, swim in the river, or hike to scenic overlooks. Enjoy gourmet meals as you disconnect from the modern world and kick back, worry-free.
A member of Broads’ staff will also be on the trip to talk about Broads’ work and the importance of protecting wilderness and wild places for the health of all living creatures.
