How the Colorado River is Righting Itself

The receding waters of Lake Powell have returned some of the dam-inundated areas of the Colorado River Basin to a more natural state, while imperiling others. Come learn about the groundbreaking work of Mike DeHoff, Meg Flynn, and the Returning Rapids Project, a team of river rafters turned citizen scientists, in documenting this rapidly changing environment.

This is a free presentation and Broads’ national office is helping sponsor this.
