Cristina Harmon

Cristina grew up in Northern California hiking, camping, backpacking and skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Bay Area, Yosemite and Arizona. She moved to Colorado in 1988 and added kayaking and river rafting to her regular outdoor adventures. More recently, Cristina spends spring and fall in Southern Utah canyoneering and hiking. A lifetime spent in the wilds has given her a deep love of wild places. Cristina’s business background includes stints as a radio news reporter, business owner and tax accountant. Cristina hopes to combine her love for wild places and business experience to further the mission of Great Old Broads for Wilderness and the important work we do to mother earth and bring attention to important environmental issues.
