Short Description of Activity

Homework
As a Broadband Leader, I met with Martha Bibb. My purpose was to build our relationship to ensure that we can work together well.

Reflection/Evaluation

We discussed her work as a secretary. She doesn’t find it tedious at all. Rather she finds it allows her to get to know others more easily. She is passionate about the grazing of public lands causing degradation of the land and the water in her state. She is concerned about the cattlemen and the federal government killing the wolves by air. She hopes that her Broadband can help with the dilemma of the grazing rights and the protection of wolves on federal land. I learning more about Martha and I feel like I achieved a good level of rapport.
