Short Description of Activity
Phone call with Linda Graham by co-leader for Granite Broads. Talking about goals for tomorrow’s MA Granite Broads Zoom call and about ways to productively use this time of social distancing to build membership, do research to help with future activities, and build partnerships with agencies/groups who share common interests. Discussed working with challenging members with Linda and possible approaches to keeping meetings and events on track. Next steps: We will plan to have monthly calls to report progress, develop Broadband meeting goals (perhaps meeting on Zoom to increase our ease of use). Zoom meeting tomorrow with MA members and 1-2 key NH members.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was helpful to debrief about WALTS and MA membership development. We have some options to discuss with the MA members when we meet tomorrow. Linda and I each have just the Basic (free) Zoom membership which will limit our Broadband meeting times to 40 minutes or a little more.
