Short Description of Activity
Laurie met with Jan Robinson, Rachel Green, Annie Cubberly, Krestine Reed, and Kristen Harmon to plan CES events.
Reflection/Evaluation
We have updated the narrative and the budget CES grant proposal but are still awaiting the cost of the trees and native plants from Jan. Alexa Brown with Streamteam will be our guest speaker on August 12. Rachel is working with Susan and Jason to create an invite. Laurie to set up zoom call. We have confirmation for our upcoming speaker, Lee First, with Twin Harbor Riverkeepers but still needing to connect with her. We are in the process of determining our audience groups as well as cost. We want a suggested donation of $5-$10 for the cost of trees and no Broads membership necessary. This issue is up for debate. Next meeting is August 3 @ 11am.
