Short Description of Activity

Meetings on 4/1, 4/28, and 6/2 were planning for full collaborative monthly meeting; meetings on 4/14, 6/4, 6/18, and 6/30 were trainings on using Google docs and creating running lists of monthly meeting summaries. Since I keep the notes for these meetings, I need to know how to enter them in the Google drive files for the collaborative and how to reorganize the file folders so they are more consistent. We are also learning to use a timeline spreadsheet called Mural, and how to set up and navigate on Webex as well as zoom meetings.

Reflection/Evaluation

The goals for these meetings were pretty much met, as long as I can find my notes. I tend to forget the tricks from month to month…The hours recorded also include typing the summaries for each meeting of the management committee, sending them off to the committee members to edit, entering the changes, and filing the final draft in the Google doc files for the collaborative.
