Objectives: 1) To review and prioritize projects of interest to the Collaborative on the La Madera landscape. 2) To learn a stakeholder analysis methodology and prepare for future stakeholder engagement.
8:15 Review of Collaborative Project Interests, the La Madera Landscape and Sandia Collaborative project design schedule.
We will briefly review the Collaborative’s interests within the La Madera project area, where we are in the management planning process and the road ahead.

We are aiming to engage more stakeholders in the October and future Collaborative meetings. Meaningful stakeholder engagement can contribute to the development of lasting and equitable management solutions. To develop those more sustainable solutions, it is important to identify stakeholder interest and influence, and an engagement strategy. We will practice a stakeholder analysis methodology that will also be the homework of project teams. The analysis will inform stakeholder outreach and communication strategies for future meetings.
