Snowshoed up the Old Lime Creek Road and back down

Reflection/Evaluation

A cold, windy day with significant snowfall! The road climbs gradually to the beaver ponds at the start of the trail to Spud Lake. We had a short break there for a snack and returned. One person had very cold, numb feet. By putting on down pants and good mittens with hand warmers, frostbite was avoided. There were no lasting effects.
