Follow up phone calls with two broads completing WALTS who are becoming broad leaders.
Reflection/Evaluation
Second time I have been able to do this…it was really fun to get to know these women and what issues they are dealing with in their areas. Loved Andrea in Maui…hope to meet sometime and we discussed doing a ZOOM meeting. Susan in Tucson who shares her time between there and Eugene already has a pretty good idea about leadership….she was preoccupied with babysitting a toddler when we talked, but look forward to meeting her sometime.
