Short Description of Activity
3 meetings to plan for upcoming general collaborative meetings – 1/month of each. Also coordinating other project committees and other stakeholder meetings. My time includes about 2-3 hours of writing summaries for these meetings, for sharing them for editing and for creating running documents for the google group.
Reflection/Evaluation
Meetings last 1-1.5 hours. – dates were 1/5, 2/2 and 3/2/2021. It is a struggle to keep our management group together for various reasons, like illness, retirements, loss of facilitator funding and over-working the existing committee members. However, keeping the group functioning through the end of the plan revision process seems important.
