Measurable Outcomes
Outcome 1: called 6 new paid members about our broadband activities (6 calls)
Outcome 2: worked on adding 12 new members to roster (12 emails)
Short Description of Activity
worked on two primary activities for incorporating new paid members into our broadband: 1) reached out by phone and email with attached welcome letter to 6 new broads and 2) tagged 12 new members on national google spread sheet, manually created group list and added them to our broadband google group. Called national staffers Alyssa and Katya with questions on Google program glitch.
Reflection/Evaluation
I met my goal however the Google group changes kept me from entering all the demographic info I needed to input. I did feel good to accomplish some tasks I hadn’t gotten to, and have a better understanding with the help of staff.
