Short Description of Activity

Backpacked in to a base camp, and cleared trail each day. We cleared 49 trees and did some tread work.

Reflection/Evaluation

One person was injured while hiking. She was not ambulatory. We called for rescue via an inReach. She was transported out of the wilderness via litter, then wheeled stretcher, then ATV, then helicopter. Everyone on the crew pitched in with skill and calm.
