Short Description of Activity
10 people attended monthly meeting , Updated information from Leadership team members was given on various issues, discussion of GMUG forest planning process ( where document is located, how to offer comments, issues raised by county commissioners, and members who have read parts of the proposed document.).
Reflection/Evaluation
Covid concerns were talked about, but members indicated they were comfortable in the setting. Good Q and A’s during the reports on various issues. GMUG discussion seemed to raise members level of interest in both looking at parts of the document and writing comments to submit. We will schedule a comment writing session in September with the goal of helping people find the information they need and writing impactful comments.
