A few good take home points:
One, during the pandemic and remote gatherings, use this as group warm up. Ask each participant to respond or pass. Take one at a time. (1) What did you long for without in person gatherings? (2) What did you not miss? (3) What did you invent? (4) What can you still invent?
– Most people appreciate meetings where THEY are relevant.
– Start your meeting with a clear purpose. End your meeting with what you found most useful (not logistics)
