Short Description of Activity

Leaders from six Broadbands in the states of Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming joined this first ever Regional Rendezvous. As usual, the event consisted of half-day workshops and half-day hikes, engaging local speakers, delicious meals together and lots of great camaraderie.

Reflection/Evaluation

We had long-time experienced leaders and brand new leaders who hadn’t been to WALTS yet. Not everyone knew each other well, so it was a little awkward to start, but leaders quickly bonded (especially Montana leaders) and enjoyed each other’s company. See the staff debrief in Broads’ shared drive for more.
