Short Description of Activity
GMUG Forest comment writing outdoor workshop focused on Wilderness and Special Interest proposed designations, Wild & Scenic Rivers eligibility and sensitive plants.
Reflection/Evaluation
The workshop went fabulously even though attendance was somewhat disappointing. The participants (mostly Broads) were very engaged as were two potential funders from Circle of Dreams Foundation and one county commissioner. Though no one actually wrote comments during the workshop nearly all participants eventually commented before the November 26 deadline. See additional report re: comments.
