Short Description of Activity
Beginning on October 7 the Broadband entered into the Utah 30×30 coalition whose main goal is to education the public about the movement and to inform administrators in public agencies (USFS, BLM, etc.) that people care about climate change and want something done. We have had bi-monthly Zoom meetings with the group and have sent a survey link to our members. We have also agreed to participate in a virtual press conference in January. The co-leaders have been rotating turns attending the meetings and doing follow-up.
Reflection/Evaluation
Our goal is to be a voice for Broads within this state movement. Our logo has been added to the coalition website and we are actively education our members about the details of this movement.
