Apr 21st – garbage clean up and disposal of discarded carpet left at trailhead
April 26 and 27 garbage clean up, dispersal and erasure of 4 of 5 fire rings, rebuilt one fire ring; reinstall Camelback WSA carsonite sign again @ Potter Creek Trailhead; moved large boulders across Potter Creek Trail to discourage bikes and motorized use
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal is to monitor this WSA and protect the area by cleaning up and correcting problems found. What was accomplished in meeting these goals this month in terms of measurable outcomes:
sign reinstalled twice during the month
1 – trail access blocked to bikes/motorized use
4 – fire rings dispersed and erased
95 pounds of trash removed including a very heavy roll of discarded carpet!
