Short Description of Activity
Made email and phone outreach to new member who was not on the national list, so did some research, was helped by Alyssa and added new paid member to our google group. Talked to her by phone at length (20 minutes) about all of our activities and informed our co leader Laurie Kerr of new member’s desired interest groups. She’s very interested in Solitude monitoring. Additionally removed a member who no longer wants to be on our lists. Exchanged multiple emails with Laurie Kerr and new member Patricia FArrell.
Reflection/Evaluation
I feel good about my follow up and outreach call. Patricia sounds very enthusiastic and she reported a fast response from Willamette Valley BB and our Cascade Volcanoes BB. She will come to our monthly meeting.
