Antonia shared her story of connection to the work of protecting wild lands and wildlife. Nancy shared the Great Old Broads Climate Forest Initiative and information from the North East Future Forests Reimagined, conversation around Old Growth forests as carbon sinks. What is old growth? How do we define old growth when we know the North East was logged off so many years ago? New terms, new understandings.
