Short Description of Activity
Tabling at Hawkwatch. This annual event happens every Saturday in January and February. Educational activities and 300 plus visitors in Ramona, California. Invited by Katie Quint, Golden Eagle expert and chief biologist for Wildlife Research Institute.
Reflection/Evaluation
Spectacular. I invited two friends to go with me. I met up with GOBW member Lani Johnson who helped with the tabling. This event is well organized and well attended. I went twice this year, and I plan to go next year as well. Katie helped with our lobby meeting with Senator Padilla’s office. She invited me to Hawkwatch!
