Short Description of Activity

Three volunteers (myself and 2 others) met at McKay Crossing Campground to pull weeds (cheatgrass and knapweed) at an area along Paulina Creek that we’ve been working at for over 5 years. Yesterday we found a lot of cheatgrass (way more than in the past) and not much knapweed (though it’s early in the season and more will appear later in the summer).

Reflection/Evaluation

I think we did a good job finding much of the knapweed, but there’s still a lot of cheatgrass out there.
