Short Description of Activity

Via Zoom, our co-leader participated in Healthy Public Lands conference held in Salt Lake City. Then at our next Broadband steering committee meeting, she shared some of the highlights, particularly those relevant to this issue in the Gila Natl. Forest.

Reflection/Evaluation

Presentations were informative and helpful. The issue is very relevant, given our Broadband’s stewardship activity targeting monitoring of cattle grazing and related issues in our nearby national forest. It was good that “attending” the conference was available via Zoom for those of us who could not travel to the conference. We’re grateful to the organizations and institutions who were instrumental in holding this conference. It still would be helpful if a digital copy of the conference would be available, as at least one other person on our steering committee would like to view several of the sessions.
