Short Description of Activity
For the purpose of orienting Aldo’s Broadband rotating co-leaders, a co-leaders function and time commitment summary was written. This summarized the co-leaders monthly efforts and time commitments. This should be saved and made available for the steering committee’s future use and it can be updated as needed. In addition, Sally Sharp provided us with an Excel sheet showing our activities and hours for the past approximately 5 months (drawn from our activity reports), which was also helpful.
Reflection/Evaluation
Went well. The upcoming co-leader indicated it was quite helpful in helping her know what to expect each month.
