Short Description of Activity
Created large group email distribution for 16 sign ups from tabling at Salmon Event on June 25. Wrote detailed welcome message and gave my name and email address for any questions. Sent email to our co-leader with 4 special interests. Lastly, added two more names and email addresses with welcome messages to our google group distribution.
Reflection/Evaluation
I think it went well, especially given i was the one of those tabling at the event where we got the sign ups. One challenge-albeit small-is that under special area of interest, people put down some areas that aren’t exactly equivalent to our special interest categories. But we can guess closest category.
