Short Description of Activity
Several parts to this planning, publicity and outreach activity for July 10 Source to SEa Paddlers riverside celebration involving speakers, education and fun. I’m in charge of food so held zoom meeting and exchanged multiple emails with my committee and overall planning leadership. Also ended up creating detailed information sheet which took much synthesis of previous general informaiton with detailed logistics. Posted detailed info sheet, original flier and map to entire broadband.
Reflection/Evaluation
labor intensive as I hadn’t planned on having to finalize all the logistical details and post to our google group. Perhaps next time we can better clarify roles on the planning committee, as I had understood I was just charged with food. We’re all doing our best with increased travel plans etc.
