Discussing update of the Organizational Plan in regard to Equity & Justice.
Reflection/Evaluation
This was a very informative and complex overview of what has been currently drawn up in addressing Inclusion and diversity. I feel this has set a good foundation to grow from and will set the organization on a solid comprehensive path. I learned a lot listening to Lisa. There is much information to read and review.
I feel this will be an ongoing process as issues come up, as changes in perspectives occur, and the need to be flexible with Broadbands and their diverse locations and personal circumstances.
