Short Description of Activity
Discussion gathering on the book The Intersectional Environmentalist by Leah Thomas, which is an introduction on the concept of Intersectional Environmentalism, racism and privilege and how this all enter intertwines with the effect of climate change and how we need to address how we approach diversity, humanity, human rights, carbon and green enrgy in order to solve issues of concern regarding the planet.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was a fun evening. we did a potluck dinner and had great conversations and debates and covered the high points of every chapter of the book.
