Short Description of Activity

In the last four months, I have participated in three two-hour leadership team meetings with Genia and Barb Muirhead; two one-hour training sessions with Katya, two “get to know you” meeting with Sara Husby, and a Pacific Northwest Leadership Planning meeting on grazing.

Reflection/Evaluation

The Polly Dyer Seattle leadership team meetings have been useful for us as a team to begin learning to work together. The training sessions with Katya were helpful to learn about how to use our Google Group and add members, and how to work with the Contact List. Both meetings with Sara Husby were facilitated by Lisa and went very well. I particularly enjoyed the last one as I got to meet the two Broadband leaders from Alaska. The PNW leaders’ meeting on grazing was interesting and was helpful to me to begin to learn about grazing on public lands This leadership group is also working together to plan a regional Broadwalk for next April at the Delaney Retreat Center in Dry Falls, WA.
