Short Description of Activity

Email and call to Russel Bacon, MBRNF Supervisor regarding Travel Management Planning. Specifically Winter Travel Management Planning for North Routt County and Rabbit Ears Pass where there is an increase in motorized and non motorized usr conflicts. Broadband Member Carol Fischer was told the MBNRF USFS offices are understaffed and it is unlikely any winter travel management plans will be deferred until MBRNF undergoes an updated Forest Management Plan. Date on the is unknown.

Staffing continues to be a problem for USFS and undermines efforts to update policy and engagement.
