Consultation with Forest Planning expert and Forestry School Director Dr. Martin Nie, to get advice on possible litigation of Custer Gallatin National Forest Plan over grizzly habitat, Wilderness Study Area management, etc.
Reflection/Evaluation
Dr. Nie is a valued expert on Forest Planning and we concluded that the best case for challenging the new Forest Plan in the CGNF is on the basis of too much recreation development in occupied grizzly habitat.
