Short Description of Activity
Began uploading relevant files such as steering committee notes and advocacy letters to Aldo’s broadband google share drive. At previous steering committee meetings it was decided that this will be done rather than printing and retaining hard copies of this information. The goal is for accessibility to this info for the steering committee and to alleviate paper storage concerns for co-leaders. Sally Sharp set up this share drive which was very helpful.
Reflection/Evaluation
Not sure yet, but hopefully it will work well and other steering committee folks will use it.
