Short Description of Activity

Webinar – Emerging Queer and Intersectional Enviromental Movement
Panel of individuals of different ethnicity from different parts of the country discuss environmental issues as intersected with diversity and the Queer community. A great emphasis on relations and relationship building.

Reflection/Evaluation

The timing of this webinar was ideal with the recent group reading and discussion meeting of the book The Intersectional Environmentalist. It also was good with the recent Care Call regarding Relationship Building.
Its good to listen to personal stories. Hearing how environmental issues and contact with nature is felt and perceived by people from different backgrounds is educating.
I passed this on to our Broadband and also to the national E&J committee.
