Short Description of Activity
Five of the co-leaders met to discuss goals for 2023, and set an agenda of indoor and outdoor meetings. One item that led to this meeting was Lisa asking about the new member Excel sheet and other items directed from Sally. With more than one leader the concern is that things get missed. That was one piece of the meeting, but more energy was spent on scheduling and who to lead the 2023 meetings with an increase in the outdoor meetings, similar to Norther SJ BB, and to what members were requesting.
Reflection/Evaluation
YES. Through July, there is a schedule we all agree. We thanked Mary for her 2022 leadership and also passed the torch.
