Short Description of Activity
Sending comments to Wa State Parks and involved Legislators regarding development of Scottish Golf courses at the Westport Lighthouse State Park and Millersvania Park. Concern that the State Park Service is selling out to private enterprise.
Reflection/Evaluation
Golf Courses are an antiquated activity that only serves a few. It is important to maintain a healthy vital State Park, protecting wildlife and vegetation, that provides a variety of natural activities meant for a diverse population giving people the opportunity to connect with nature.
