Campout Committee Meeting
Reflection/Evaluation
The meeting was held virtually. Laurie had already secured the venue which was chosen primarily due to the low price. Laurie still has not received a receipt from the Camp Morehead. The committee had some great ideas for outings(bike ride/hike at Ft Stevens) and meals (clam chowder from Mo’s). The concert info still has not yet been released, but we’re hoping for the same date as the last two summers. The meeting minutes and agenda are attached below.
