Short Description of Activity
Four of the GJ BB Leadership team gathered to meet about clarifying the roles and responsibilities within the group, discuss expectations from the Durango paid staff, and if we would want an Agreement as to the kind described on February’s leadership call. All of these topics did come up on the CO leadership call and this was our opportunity to discuss. NOTE: No options really cover the above landscape or area tab so I simply picked BLM CO. This was a nuts and bolts administrative meeting.
Reflection/Evaluation
The primary goal of this meeting was to parlay out Sherry Schenk’s duties from the past when she was the leader. We did do this. After an hour and a half, we had run out of time before we answered the question if we want an agreement, as well as a few other items. But good progress! We also did not answer the question how the group wants to address clarifying roles of the Durango office, specifically, if Sally travels or zooms to Grand Junction as she had offered.
