Short Description of Activity
I gathered information and made handouts to table for Broads – and co-tabled for Sierra Club, our environmental partners. Delivered tables, shelter, and materials, which included the large corkboard presentation, to Downtown Prescott Courthouse square. Set up three tables and display. Had two gals who are Unity friends and Sierra Club members table for us. Returned to pick up materials. They reported a lot of interest in Broads that I will follow through with. The following day set up tables at Unity Earth Day (I am project leader) and again, these gals and others represented Broads for us.
Reflection/Evaluation
People have reported to me that they picked handouts and more. Thanks to my volunteers. I was busy cooking on Saturday and running everything on Sunday. yahoo
I sent Sally pix. I wasn’t there on Saturday downtown so only have the set up pic. And on Sunday, I only managed the one picture.
