Short Description of Activity
Member Carol Fischer has been engaging Steamboat Lake State Park over a proposal to move a snowmobile outfitter from the Marina Parking lot to a wetland/meadow area across RCR 129. We have concerns about oil and gas run off into the creek and wetlands.
She has meet with park personnel to express her concerns.
Reflection/Evaluation
Ultimately 5e decision on the move will be put before our county commissioners. We are gathering data for objections.
