Short Description of Activity
Lovely hike to McCullough Peak in the McDonald Forest with a wonderful group of women. Not a designated wilderness but a beautiful University Forest close to Corvallis. All hikes now include ideas about advocacy.
Reflection/Evaluation
HIking continues to be an excellent avenue to attract new members. This hike included one new member and one older member who hasn’t been active. Since I am now reporting measurable objectives about the length of the hike, it is noteworthy that during an 11 mile hike with 1800 feet of elevation–no injuries or problems occurred!
