Short Description of Activity
Prepare for new organizational meeting scheduled for 11/15, which had to be cancelled that day due to ice, wind, bad roads!
Reflection/Evaluation
Well I reached out to Terry Koch at the Recycling Center about renting the room there and she got very involved, making wonderful flyers for us to post in Palmer and Anchorage. I gathered Broads ‘stuff’ to distribute at the meeting, talked with the bookstore in Palmer about advertising for it, and baked some goodies to share at it. Unfortunately it had to be cancelled on the day of the meeting due to very bad weather and bad roads. Terry Koch stayed at the recycling center an extra hour to be sure that no one showed up. We will try again in March.
