Short Description of Activity
Carolyn, Micky and I had a Broadwalk planning call on zoom.
Reflection/Evaluation
We determined the budget. The alcohol permit is approved. We are still in the process of getting speakers. The hikes are determined and we just need to put out hike descriptions and directions to the TH. Activities have been selected and need descriptions and directions. Laurie to work with Emily on the registration. She will share rough draft of registration with Carolyn and Micky beforehand. We will have two separate tiers for payment. One for camping/RV and one for lodging inside MSHI. Food will be a combination of MSHI cooks with Broads cooking for breakfast. Participants will be asked to bring either a dessert or an appetizer. The total number of registrants will be 40 . Dance party details will be determined by the availability of the sound system. Next meeting March 13 at 4pm. Laurie to send out zoom invite and agenda. Members from Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Idaho will be invited as well as National office. If spaces remain after 2-3 weeks, then we will open it up to everyone.
