Short Description of Activity
Snowshoe hike to lower and upper Twin Lakes starting at the Frog Lake Sno-park, Mt Hood National Forest
Reflection/Evaluation
We were originally scheduled to do this hike on Wednesday, 2/21 but were weathered out. Had 8 people going at that time. The hike got rescheduled for Friday, with a forecast of dry and sunny, but only 3 were able to attend. Being a small group was conducive to good conversations and opportunity to take our time, observe our surroundings.
Snow conditions were very poor, lack of snow for this time of year and warm temperatures an issue of discussion and concerns to what summer conditions will be.
