Expansion of bike trails in a wilderness area.
Reflection/Evaluation
I sent in comments about concerns regarding bike and trail expansion in a wilderness area east of Bend. I also commented on no E-bikes. The plan doesn’t have E-bikes in their plan but there is a big push locally to have more E-bikes in our wilderness areas. Biggest concern is user conflicts…Mt. bikers and hikers, areas that are restricted but are still being used, parking and the continued advertising of these areas to bring more folks in which inpacts the area.
