Short Description of Activity
Broadband leader met over coffee with an active member to brainstorm/ discuss ideas for reactivating/ coming up with a leadership team (steering committee) and see if she might be interested in hearing more about participating in a leadership team. Based on all of her current commitments, she declined to be on the leadership team, but shared good ideas on connecting with members.
Reflection/Evaluation
The member may offer a picnic and walk perhaps, along with the Broadband leader at some point this year. For right now we will aim for a quarterly book club and see if that might encourage several folks to become more active, perhaps on a steering committee.
