Short Description of Activity
multiple letters written on the following issues:
Mining Regulatory Clarity Act – against any ruling allowing mining on Public lands. Sent to Senators Murry and Cantwell.
LSRD – Letter once again pleading the removal of the dams for the sake of the salmon, the orcas and respecting tribal agreements.
Columbia River Gorge Commission Funding – Addressed to Peter Abbarno to reconsider making financial cuts to the Columbia River Gorge that are crucial in supporting and maintaining the scenic area.
Reflection/Evaluation
I guess every voice and input hopefully counts. Hate to be pessimistic but with the present government and corporate greed it is hard to be optimistic.
