Short Description of Activity

Our last meeting of the season was a discussion on sustainable products and practices that many of us have been practicing. One member, Tasha Sills, led the group with her in-depth research into the topic.

Reflection/Evaluation

This topic and meeting was appreciated and enjoyed by all. Sharing our experiences and discussing outcomes and ways to recycle was very helpful. And, we plan to write letters to various business to curtail their use of single-use plastics, according to instructions from “Beyond Plastics” over the summer and beyond. Lunch afterwards was an extra opportunity to socialize.
